Yes. Mobile notary service is available throughout Doña Ana County, Grant, Luna, Otero and Sierra counties. Travel fees outside Las Cruces vary based on distance and are confirmed before booking.

Yes. Remote Online Notarization is available for eligible documents and signers, allowing you to compare your notarization securely online from wherever you are. Contact us to confirm eligibility and schedule your online appointment.
We notarize a wide range of documents, including affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, powers of attorney, estate documents, real estate documents, and more. The document must be complete and ready for notarization. We cannot select or prepare legal documents or provide legal advice.
If your document requires witnesses, please confirm the requirements before your appointment. Unless arranged in advance, signers are responsible for providing any required witnesses.
Yes. We provide apostille and document authentication services for eligible documents. Requirements and processing times vary depending on the document and destination country. Contact us for a quote and to determine the appropriate service for your document.
Please have your complete document and valid identification ready. If your document requires a jurat, do not sign it before meeting with the notary. Documents requiring an acknowledgment may already be signed. All required signers must be present for the notarization.
No. As a notary, we cannot choose the type of notarization or provide legal advice. If your document does not specify the notarial act, you will need to determine the appropriate certificate or consult the document recipient or an attorney.
We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is generally due at the time of service. Advance payment may be required for extended travel, rush, or after-hours appointments.
In-person notarial services are provided within New Mexico only. As a New Mexico commissioned notary, I cannot travel into Texas or another state to perform an in-person notarization, including nearby El Paso.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) may be available for eligible documents and signers located outside New Mexico. The notary remains physically located in New Mexico during the online notarization.
